Company information
NCTS IMEX LTD provides customs clearance, transit declaration, logistics, warehousing, transportation and related customs support services throughout the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Turkey and other European jurisdictions.
Scope of services
Services may include import and export declarations, T1, T2 and TR transit services, Authorised Consignor and Consignee operations, compliance support, ENS, ICS2, GMR, ELO and PBN processing, ferry ticketing, freight transportation, warehousing and TOBBUND guarantee support.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide complete, accurate and lawful shipment information, submit required documentation on time and ensure that goods comply with applicable import, export, transit and customs regulations.
Customs and regulatory compliance
Clients remain responsible for their goods, declarations, duties, taxes, penalties, inspections and regulatory obligations. Customs authorities may inspect shipments at any time.
Fees, liability and governing law
